Executive Committee

Brynn Blanchard

President

Brynn is our fearless leader and President! She is the glue that keeps our chapter together! She is a Biology Pre-Medicine major from Cut Off, LA. "Phi Mu has given me my best friends, an awesome support system, and the most amazing college experience. I would have never saw my true potential as a leader without her. As a Phi, I saw the women of Phi Mu as genuine and unapologetically themselves, and they’ve taught me to be that myself! My favorite Phi Mu memories are the simple things like Monday meetings and hanging out with my sisters. When I look back at my time in Phi Mu, it’s the little things like this that stand out and remind me of how vibrant and loving our sisterhood is everyday!"

Jenna Brunet

Vice President of Committees

Jenna is our Queen of Committees! She works hard all year to plan our major events with our committee chairwomen. Jenna is a senior Elementary Education major from Bourg, LA. Jenna says,"Being trusted with a leadership role in Phi Mu has given me the opportunity to view this sorority in a whole new perspective. Although I still see the fun side of Phi Mu, I now have the insight of seeing our sisters come together to reach an end goal or create wonderful events for our fellow sisters to attend. It is a beautiful thing to see those surrounding you succeed which is why I am so lucky to work with our cabinet head leaders! My favorite Phi Mu memories come from hanging out with my sisters on an everyday basis and attending sisterhood events (because when else do you get to have a weekend & sleepover with 130 of your best gal friends?!)"

Elizabeth Schouest

Vice President of Chapter Developments

Liz is our Vice President of Chapter Developments, she works hard all semester to plan and facilitate our member development through our unique weekly meetings! She is always a positive light to our sisters. "Hi!!! My name is Elizabeth Schouest!! (Everyone calls me liz lol) I’m going to be a junior this year going for Allied Health to be a Physical Therapist!! I am from Lockport/Thibodaux LOL! Phi Mu has pushed me to work towards becoming the person I have always wanted to be. It has given me amazing opportunities, and it has allowed me to surround myself with such amazing women. My favorite Phi Mu memory would definitely have to be winning songfest last year!!! There is no better feeling than seeing all your hard work come together!! LIOB - Liz."

Angelle Danos

Angelle is our financial genius! She takes care of all things Treasury and works closely with our Finances Adviser Mrs. Brandie. They work with members on finances and creating the budget to fund all of the awesome things our chapter does! Angelle is a Junior Biology Pre-Vet Major from Cut Off, LA. She says, Phi Mu has given me friends I didn’t know I needed and now couldn’t live without. My favorite phi mu memory is getting to talk to & cry with my best friend for pref night after not being able to talk to her for the whole week. We even shared a tissue."

My sisters in Phi Mu are always doing something fun or goofy, so it’s a welcome break when school becomes to stressful. Without them, I don’t know how I would get through college. My favorite memory would be recruitment! "

She says, "Phi mu has offered me so many things ranging from life long besties to finding my own self confidence. To me, phi mu means love, opportunities, and growth. And I can honestly say that I wouldn’t be the woman that I am today without the impact that phi mu has made on me. I strive to be a better woman everyday because of the values that I hold from this fraternity. My favorite memory in phi mu has been the friendships I’ve made, especially my big and my littles. They each have taught me different things about what life has to offer. They are my rock and my biggest support system. They are not only my favorite memory, but they’re apart of some of the best memories that I’ve made in phi mu."
